Guest spealers are Michelle Black, attorney with Carstens, Black & Minteer and Radley Reep, retired teacher and League member who has been carefully documenting Fresno County’s protracted effort to revise its General Plan.  Both will inform members and guests about  the current League of Women Voters of Fresno lawsuit challenging Fresno County’s revision of the General Plan
