The Congressional Research Service recently released it’s report on the “Help American Vote Act and Election Reform“. The report summarizes the actitivities and finances of the federal Election Assistance Commission,  including the Commission’s work regarding voting systems, voter identification laws, voter registration databases and other election issues.
