SB 4 (Pavley) will regulate fracking in California

The LWVC supports this strong bill to require accountability and disclosure of the oil and gas industry’s fracking and other well stimulation. These practices are largely unregulated, but they’re already ongoing and have the potential to expand enormously in our state. Read why the League supports this bill and sign the petition in support.
