Secretary of State Debra Bowen has assigned numbers to the ten propositions that have been certified to appear on the November 2, 2010 Statewide General Election ballot. The Secretary of State’s office is currently inviting interested individuals and groups to submit arguments for and against these ten measures. The arguments will be included in the Official Voter Information Guide (also known as the ballot pamphlet) that is mailed to every voting household in California.
