Crossing the Border: Perspective from Border Patrol

The LWV of San Diego’s Immigration & Deportation Committee has asked Angel Moreno from the Communications Dept. of Border Patrol to give us an update on what they are seeing at the border, why people are crossing in such large numbers and what solutions they are proposing.
