This is our annual event to wrap up the year. Please bring a salad to share and ideas for what you would like to see our League focus on for the coming year. Our guest speaker will be Redondo Beach Mayor Steve Aspel. A kit will be sent by email to all members who have an email address, and by U.S. mail to those who do not. Please print the kit and bring it to the meeting. Guests are welcome, and do not have to bring anything other than their interest in learning about League, who we are, and what we do. This is the last of four webinars based on the recommendations in the Best Practices Manual for Official Voter Information Guides. We will provide an overview of plain language and show you how to present the right information at the right level of detail. We will show you how to organize information an in easy to follow path to raise voter confidence and increase participation.

running in the Special Municipal Vacancy Election on June 2nd to fill the
vacancy left by Jacqui Irwin’s resignation from the Thousand Oaks City Council.
Members of the public are invited to attend free of charge.
